Google Algorithm Changes...Panda!

Google's goal is simple: to give people the most relevant answers to their queries as quickly as possible. This requires constant tuning of their algorithms, as new content—both good and bad—comes online all the time.

On April 2011 Google rolled out the Panda algorithmic change globally to all English-language Google users. Panda was just one of roughly 500 search improvements Google expects to roll out to search this year. In fact, since Google launched Panda, they have rolled out dozens additional tweaks to their ranking algorithms. In a nut shell these changes weed out the sites with poor, less relevant content sites and usher in new, relevant, content rich sites Google believes our search queries deserve to see.
